Tony Lithur is a leading legal practitioner and the founder and Senior Partner of the law firm, Lithur Brew and Company, one of the top law firms in Ghana. He enrolled at the University of Ghana in 1985, earning a Bachelor of Law degree after which he continued to the Ghana School of Law for his professional certificate.
He is one of the outstanding litigators in the country with over two decades of practice under his belt. He is famed for representing ex-President Mahama in the landmark election petition sent to the Supreme Court by then candidate Akufo Addo and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in 2013.
Tony has had the honor of serving on several boards of government and corporate institutions, including Vodafone Ghana, Golden Beach Hotels Limited and the Ghana Airport Company Limited. Tony’s legal forte is in the areas of finance leasing, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, start-ups and investments. He has acted as a transaction advisor on several projects in Ghana.
