Vincent Kizito Beyuo is the Managing Partner of Beyuo Jumu & Co, a law firm based in Accra. After his education at the University of Ghana, he enrolled at the Ghana School of Law and was called to the bar in 1993. He was first employed at Tetteh and Co. and remained there till 2008 when he set up his own firm, Beyuo & Co. A year later, Beyuo & Co. merged with Fountain Chambers to form Beyuo Jumu & Co, where he remains managing partner.
His principal area of practice is civil, commercial and corporate law and he has acted as counsel to many corporate clients in both the private and public sectors on varying financial issues, bilateral agreements and regulatory matters. He has also provided advice on issues relating to company liquidation and listing on the Ghana Stock Exchange.
Mr. Beyuo is a member of the Ghana Arbitration Centre and has provided arbitration services in many local and international issues. He was appointed a Notary Public for the Republic of Ghana in 2004.
