Charles Larbi-Odam is the Country Executive for Deloitte Ghana, one of the leading auditing firms in the country. He was previously the Chairman of the Board of Deloitte Ghana.
Charles is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom). Having joined Deloitte in January 2000, he moved to the Corporate Finance practice of the firm in 2003 before being admitted to the partnership in January 2007.
Charles has also had some stints with the firm outside the jurisdiction of Ghana. He was appointed to the Southern Africa Board of Partners and Directors in August 2011, where he was a member of both the Remuneration Committee (REMCO) and the Performance, Reward, Succession & Nominations (PRSN) Committee.
He was appointed Business Unit Leader of Corporate Finance in 2012, a role he held for two years. Charles is also a member of the Deloitte Africa Board.
