Patricia Poku-Diaby is an industrialist and the Chief Executive Officer of Plot Enterprise, a multi- national firm that deals in commodities. Before she set up Plot Enterprise, Ms Poku-Diaby worked in the family business which has interests in transport and trade. Plot Enterprise Group was first set up in Ivory Coast before branching out into Ghana. It operates under three different arms – Plot Commodities, Plot Enterprise Ivory Coast and Plot Enterprise Ghana. The group is represented in West Africa, Europe, United States of America, Asia, Australia and the Middle East. It has a combined staff strength in excess of 200 people. The group deals in cocoa, cotton, cashew nut, wood products and other commodities. In Ghana, the company has a cocoa processing plant with an annual bean input capacity of 32,000 metric tonnes, which began operating in 2010. The-state-of the-art facility is located in Takoradi and is estimated to have a value of about $90 million.
