The Canadian born dazzling actress rose to fame after getting a slot to play a role in the television series Things we Do for Love. Jackie Appiah emerged in the entertainment industry for exceptional acting skills and played some of her early roles in other television series Tentacles, Sun City, Games People Play with Divine Love as her first major role in a movie.
Jackie has also featured in several TV commercials including a GSMF advert on protection against HIV AIDS, a commercial for U.B Hair Relaxer, and being the Face of IPMC featuring on their billboards nationwide. She is currently starring in YOLO, a Ghanaian television series, and sequel to Things We Do for Love; also a television series which she featured on in the early stages of her acting career. She got married to Peter Agyemang in 2005 and the couple had a son together but they are currently divorced.
